This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Direct the operational planning and execution of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols and established timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance trial design and improve operational efficiency throughout the clinical development lifecycle.

• Track trial advancement and performance indicators, offering insights to guide decision-making and foster ongoing improvements.

• Guide and develop junior personnel, cultivating a culture of teamwork and excellence within the team.

• Establish strong connections with both internal and external stakeholders to promote effective communication across clinical operations.

• Supervise the implementation of clinical trials, ensuring they are conducted effectively, punctually, and in accordance with regulatory standards.

• A bachelor's degree in a pertinent scientific discipline or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience in overseeing clinical operations, with a firm grasp of regulatory standards and industry practices.

• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and manage teams effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Expertise in project management tools and methodologies, with a strong emphasis on process optimization.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated success in influencing stakeholders and achieving positive results.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 30%).
