Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Spearhead study initiation activities by assessing protocol requirements, establishing project plans, and coordinating documentation with stakeholders.

• Oversee project implementation through resource allocation, financial management, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

• Provide leadership to the team by setting performance benchmarks, conducting training sessions, and facilitating coaching and mentoring initiatives.

• Aid in business development by contributing to capability presentations and representing Clario at industry conferences.

• Manage project closure by coordinating submission processes and ensuring the completion of all final deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare discipline, or equivalent experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in clinical trials within a CRO or pharmaceutical research organization, ideally in project management.

• Demonstrated proficiency in project planning, financial oversight, and adherence to regulatory compliance (GCP, ICH, FDA).

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project.

• Proven ability in leadership, effective communication, and cross-functional teamwork.
