Manager, CGT Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee specific components of cross-functional implementations by converting approved charters into comprehensive plans and deliverables.

• Create and sustain integrated project plans to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of initiatives.

• Align internal teams and external vendors regarding scope, timelines, dependencies, and sequencing of multi-site workstreams.

• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure inputs to support financial oversight and prompt variance actions.

• Manage contracting and supplier execution, which includes specifications, work orders, and checkpoints for deliverable acceptance.

• Generate executive-ready status reports that encompass milestones, risks, issues, and decisions.

• Enhance delivery methods and documentation standards to fortify repeatability and readiness for implementation.

• Direct project workstreams involving technology implementations, process modifications, and cross-functional operations.

• Propel process improvement, standardization, and overall delivery effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics delivery, change management, process improvement, project management, or a related area is required.

• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in project management tools, including Microsoft Project and Excel.
