Manager, CGT Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee designated elements of cross-functional implementations by converting approved charters into comprehensive plans and deliverables.

• Create and uphold integrated project plans to ensure initiatives are completed on schedule and within budget.

• Align internal teams and external vendors regarding scope, timelines, dependencies, and multi-site workstream coordination.

• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and capital expenditure inputs to facilitate financial controls and prompt variance actions.

• Coordinate contracting and supplier execution, including specifications, work orders, and deliverable acceptance checkpoints.

• Prepare executive-ready status reports covering milestones, risks, issues, and decisions.

• Enhance delivery methods and documentation standards to improve repeatability and readiness for implementation.

• Lead project workstreams involving technology implementations, process transformations, and cross-functional operations.

• Propel process improvement, standardization, and delivery effectiveness.

• Quickly resolve issues through analytical problem-solving.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in analytics delivery, change management, process improvement, project management, or a similar field is required.

• Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile methodology (such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agile), continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or an equivalent certification is preferred.

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.
