This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the game release calendar from start to finish across various categories, including slots, instant win, crash, table games, and emerging segments.
• Oversee game configuration and lobby operations, which encompass placement, categorization, featuring, jackpots, and promotional mechanics.
• Sustain content operations playbooks, launch checklists, and quality assurance standards.
• Lead project management for game and provider integrations in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Monitor milestones, address dependencies, and ensure launch readiness.
• Coordinate launch activities with Marketing and CRM teams for successful go-to-market execution.
• Conduct post-launch reviews and enhance the launch process.
• Act as the primary operational liaison for game studios and aggregators.
• Manage onboarding processes, roadmap coordination, issue escalation, and delivery tracking.
• Prepare and facilitate recurring vendor business reviews.
• Assist in sourcing and negotiation efforts while conducting operational due diligence.
• Supervise game health and uptime while managing incident responses.
• Collaborate with Payments & Fraud and Compliance departments to uphold sweepstakes-model compliance.
• Serve as the escalation point for casino-related player issues and work to resolve root causes.
• Monitor game and lobby key performance indicators, including engagement, conversion, retention, and revenue contributions.
• Test and optimize lobby placement and merchandising strategies.
• Phase out underperforming games while enhancing visibility for successful titles.
• Provide performance insights that inform content and vendor strategies.
• Proven experience as a Manager in Casino Operations.
• Strong foundation in Casino Operations.
• Excellent operational and commercial expertise.
• Familiarity with game release calendars and casino content operations.
• Experience in managing game configuration and lobby operations.
• Proficient in project-managing game and provider integrations.
• Experience in coordinating go-to-market launches alongside Marketing and CRM teams.
• Background in vendor and partner operations.
• Expertise in monitoring game health, uptime, and incidents.
• Competence in performance reporting and KPI optimization.
• Knowledge of sweepstakes models, compliance, payments, and fraud operations.
