This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.
• Assist the UPLIZNA Neurology & IgG4-RD commercial team by spearheading specific business operations workstreams.
• Generate insights that guide decision-making and facilitate execution across functional partners.
• Convert brand priorities into actionable plans and monitor business performance.
• Collaborate with commercial functions to comprehend priorities, operational requirements, and interdependencies.
• Perform structured analyses and scenario evaluations, offering actionable recommendations.
• Create presentations, business reviews, and narratives suitable for executive audiences.
• Aid in brand planning, business reviews, forecasting, Long Range Strategy, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Direct strategic and operational initiatives as well as special projects from inception to execution.
• Formulate project plans detailing deliverables, responsibilities, milestones, risks, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Organize cross-functional working sessions, document decisions, and monitor progress.
• Act as the day-to-day project manager for strategic initiatives.
• Facilitate governance through agendas, materials, decision tracking, and follow-up actions.
• Discover opportunities to leverage AI, digital capabilities, and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
• Doctorate degree; or Master's degree with 2 years of experience in operations, consulting, strategy, business analytics, or commercial roles; or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of such experience; or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience; or high school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience.
• Experience in Business Operations, Strategy and Operations, Commercial Excellence, Consulting, Analytics, project management, or a similar commercial role.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Experience in supporting brand planning, business reviews, forecasting, performance management, governance, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven project management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to distill complex information and clearly communicate implications.
• Capacity to collaborate across various functions and influence without direct authority.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Interest in utilizing AI, automation, and digital tools.
• Preferred experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, rare disease, or specialty markets.
