This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead analytics and reporting initiatives that support healthcare clients.
• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Customer Success team to identify reporting priorities and requests.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Tableau dashboards.
• Integrate Tableau data with the underlying data warehouse to ensure reporting remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize SQL and Python to investigate and resolve data quality issues and reporting discrepancies.
• Create dashboards and reports using effective visualizations and layouts to convey insights.
• Assist with data warehouse operations in Informatica and Databricks.
• Convert customer and business inquiries into actionable, decision-ready reporting.
• Manage data issues, analytics and product tickets, collaborating with teams for resolution.
• Conduct L2-level debugging and provide initial analytical conclusions on P1 issues.
• Initiate and contribute to automation initiatives to minimize manual effort.
• Work with scheduling jobs and scripts, including making modifications as necessary.
• Ensure document versioning aligns with product versions.
• Take ownership of the handover process alongside the Lead and Manager.
• Address customer issues in daily/weekly meetings, manage Jira tickets, and monitor Jira queues to meet SLAs.
• Proven experience in managing data issues, analytics and product tickets, and collaborating across teams.
• L2-level debugging capabilities for P1 issues.
• Knowledge of incident, transition, and problem management.
• Experience with scheduling jobs and scripts, including modifications.
• Ability to maintain document versioning consistent with product versions.
• Capability to oversee the handover process with the Lead and Manager.
• Familiarity with managing Jira tickets, monitoring Jira queues, and adhering to SLAs.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, including the ability to write and optimize complex queries.
• Over 5 years of practical experience in building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Strong data analytics skills.
• Experience in financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of healthcare data, including claims, EHR, or pharmacy data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Prior experience in team management or mentoring is preferred.
