📋 Description

• Become a part of the central BizOps & Analytics team, integrating within growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical functions for a designated business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, formulate hypotheses, and determine the analyses that will guide decisions.

• Establish metrics, generate reports, conduct analyses, and create experiments.

• Uncover data insights that enhance essential business metrics.

• Deliver recommendations to stakeholders in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Clarify the current situation, explain the reasons behind it, and propose actionable next steps.

• Propel initiatives and execution towards measurable results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Exceptional analytical abilities.

• Proficient in independently extracting, organizing, and interpreting data.

• Proven history of tackling ambiguous challenges and creating a significant impact.

• Strong and persuasive communication skills to influence leadership decisions.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
