Manager, BizOps, Analytics

📋 Description

• Become a part of the central BizOps & Analytics team while integrating with growth, product, AI and automation, or strategic partnerships.

• Take ownership of the analytical function for a specific business unit from start to finish.

• Identify business challenges, inquiries, and the decisions that analyses should guide.

• Establish metrics, create reports, conduct analyses, and design experiments.

• Highlight data insights that enhance key business performance indicators.

• Deliver recommendations to teams in product, growth, finance, or operations.

• Clarify what is occurring, the reasons behind it, and propose next steps.

• Propel execution and results for critical business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a rapidly growing technology company.

• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to independently extract, organize, and interpret data.

• Proven history of taking ownership of ambiguous challenges and generating impact.

• Excellent, persuasive communication abilities with the skill to influence decisions at the leadership level.

• Proficient in Excel, SQL, or Python.

• Must currently reside in a qualified U.S. state or Ontario, Canada.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must be eligible to work as a full-time salaried employee.

• Familiarity with tools such as SQL (ClickHouse), Metabase, Python, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
