This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Convert program requirements and Statements of Work into strategic initiatives and contractual deliverables.
• Build and sustain relationships with client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Program Director and clients on sales strategies, territory coverage plans, and tactical initiatives.
• Meet team sales objectives, performance metrics, quality standards, and contractual goals.
• Recruit and select candidates for backfills and new roles.
• Assist HSRs with CRM, call and interaction activity reports, sales reports, and other technological needs.
• Ensure adherence to employment laws, HR policies, and personnel procedures.
• Oversee a team of Hybrid Sales Representatives and convey team objectives.
• Conduct cube and field rides; provide feedback using approved coaching and field coaching reports.
• Guide and assist HSRs on product discussions and sales techniques.
• Track productivity, workload, outputs, project progress, results, and timelines.
• Develop and present individual development plans and performance evaluations.
• Mentor team members through one-on-one and team meetings.
• Monitor policy compliance and work with Compliance on issue resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Manage team conflicts and employee relations with Human Resources as necessary.
• Keep attendance records; approve time off, schedules, and expense reports.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 3 years of management experience, including ownership of technology, process management, training, and quality.
• More than 3 years of Inside Sales or Hybrid Sales experience.
• Background in the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries.
• Strong skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation, facilitation, and active listening abilities.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail; capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop sales professionals.
• Experience in managing employee performance, including goal setting, feedback, corrective action, and talent development.
• Capability to lead and manage change initiatives.
• Skill in building relationships and collaborating with organizational and client stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM platforms, and virtual communication technologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of applicable working days.
• Preference for candidates in Eastern and Central time zones.
