Manager, Analytics & Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement analytic strategies.

• Assist in the creation and continuous evaluation of reports that measure the performance of clinical quality programs.

• Design and conduct analyses regarding clinical and financial outcomes for partner providers.

• Articulate the factors influencing clinical and financial outcomes.

• Collaborate with clinical, operations, and central teams to create and enhance population management tools.

• Lead a team of analysts through effective project management, prioritization, problem-solving, coaching, and fostering professional growth.

• Investigate industry standards and guidelines to guide analysis methodologies and execution.

• Produce and present data analytics and reporting for DaVita Integrated Kidney Care.

• Consolidate and modify data, summarize findings, and share outcomes.

• Develop reporting and analytic solutions that enhance partnerships with nephrologists and care providers.

• Acquire knowledge in kidney disease, claims, billing guidelines, and integrated care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally in business, public health, health informatics, analytics, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related discipline.

• Experience in healthcare claims analytics and familiarity with medical claims terminology is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing Google Big Query or SQL is required.

• Demonstrated experience in people leadership is essential.

• Proven ability to leverage data for generating reporting outputs.

• Experience directly managing analytics team members and/or overseeing analytics projects from inception to completion.

• Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools is advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to conduct complex quantitative analyses.

• Openness to learning new data management techniques.
