Data Analyst III – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend requirements and convert business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights.

• Design, develop, and analyze data solutions that turn raw data into valuable information for informed business decision-making.

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical solutions with a focus on usability, performance, and data accuracy.

• Offer technical guidance and support to end users during office hours, troubleshooting, and implementing best practices for dashboards and analytics.

• Document solution architecture, data models, technical designs, processes, and development standards.

• Communicate solution designs, analytical findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work autonomously with internal customers and cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and fulfill project requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Over 6 years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of practical experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration.

• Proficient in SQL, including functions, stored procedures, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC).

• Familiarity with or working knowledge of data lakes and modern data architecture, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R, and Salesforce.

• Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to learn and adapt to changing technologies, tools, and business requirements.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking capabilities.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident.

• Experience in the oil and gas industry is highly preferred.
