📋 Description

• Assess AI-generated responses to intricate business strategy and consulting-related challenges.

• Implement structured problem-solving techniques in ambiguous commercial situations.

• Evaluate recommendations, assumptions, evidence, and the comprehensiveness of analyses.

• Analyze business scenarios utilizing both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Review market research, competitive dynamics, customer factors, and their commercial ramifications.

• Examine financial and operational data supporting suggested recommendations.

• Distill complex information into clear, decision-making conclusions.

• Craft high-quality prompts based on realistic consulting and business contexts.

• Develop model responses that adhere to professional consulting standards.

• Design challenging tasks that evaluate advanced business judgement.

• Review the quality, structure, and completeness of AI-generated reasoning.

• Provide comprehensive written feedback on how responses can be enhanced.

• Identify analytical deficiencies and logical inconsistencies using structured frameworks.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders as evaluation criteria and guidelines evolve.

• Integrate feedback into prompts, evaluations, and reference answers.

• Adapt to new business scenarios and analytical needs.

• Communicate with project participants on ambiguous or complex cases.

• Uphold high standards of accuracy, clarity, and professional judgement.

• Complete assignments without utilizing confidential or proprietary third-party information.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience at a prestigious or well-regarded management consulting firm.

• Relevant consulting experience at firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Strategy&, L.E.K., Oliver Wyman, or similar organizations.

• At least a portion of the relevant consulting experience acquired within the last 7 years.

• Strong proficiency in structured problem solving and business analysis.

• Practical experience in strategy development, market research, and financial analysis.

• Excellent stakeholder management and client communication skills.

• Exceptional business writing skills and the ability to succinctly convey complex reasoning.

• Strong analytical judgement and capacity to synthesize extensive amounts of information.

• Proficient written English is essential.

• Preference for candidates based in English-speaking countries.

• An undergraduate degree from a highly ranked university is preferred.
