Managed Services Lead – Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Conceive, develop, and launch a new Managed Services product from inception.

• Spearhead the design and implementation of managed services for AI, BI, Data Platforms, and Data Governance.

• Develop standard operating procedures.

• Create frameworks for client onboarding.

• Ensure that the infrastructure is scalable, secure, and prepared for market launch.

• Define and execute standardized service catalogs, backup strategies, patch management policies, and security protocols.

• Generate technical blueprints, discovery checklists, and automation scripts for integrating new clients into the managed services environment.

• Assess, negotiate, and incorporate third-party vendor solutions, including cloud services and cybersecurity tools.

• Establish helpdesk escalation procedures.

• Develop the internal knowledge base and standard operating procedures from the ground up.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of experience in a well-established Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.

• Proven track record in building or significantly optimizing Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools.

• Expert-level understanding of key MSP platforms and cloud ecosystems, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS.

• Solid background in networking, including firewalls, switches, and VLANs.

• Experience with virtualization technologies.

• Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery (BDR) solutions.

• Knowledge of contemporary cybersecurity frameworks.

• Proficient in scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash.

• Strong capabilities in project management.

• Excellent skills in technical writing.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
