Managed Services Analyst IV

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert and resource for colleagues, offering advanced training, guidance, and support for cross-training and skill enhancement.

• Provide mentorship to team members on concepts and best practices for effective problem-solving and escalation management.

• Enhance the adoption of GHX’s recommended practices through regular customer interactions.

• Prepare and deliver reports on milestones and key performance indicators.

• Perform quality assurance reviews and assessments to confirm deliverables and ensure alignment with client expectations.

• Lead innovation initiatives utilizing emerging quality control measures to enhance customer experience and service delivery.

• Support the onboarding and training process for new hires.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree or a High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Advanced technical expertise in software products.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Prior experience in Supply Chain is preferred.

• Experience in a team-oriented work environment.

• Proficient in internet usage and computer literacy.

• Knowledge of Project Management.

• Ability to adapt to changing guidelines or processes.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% annually is required.
