Managed Care Enrollment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Compile and submit initial enrollment and revalidation applications to payers in various formats.

• Monitor, compile, and uphold precise enrollment records for all providers.

• Provide timely and professional communication of enrollment updates to internal stakeholders.

• Generate accurate reports for managed care payers.

• Conduct routine audits of payer records to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Collaborate with providers to confirm credentials, services, and practice locations.

• Serve as a liaison for external privileging with various organizations.

• Fulfill contractual obligations and promote seamless collaboration.

• Uphold department standards and comply with necessary regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

• Preferred experience in healthcare administration with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience is preferred.

• Strong oral and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Analytical skills with the ability to research industry topics and policies, translating information into actionable strategies.

• Capability to manage multiple projects while adhering to various deadlines.
