Malay OPI/VRI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Accurately convey all messages in their entirety, without adding, omitting, or altering content.

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service during the interpreting process.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Adhere to the dress code standards for video remote interpreting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters seeking to become part of an international organization.

• Familiarity with healthcare and medical terminology is essential.

• Compliance with technical requirements for remote work is mandatory.

• A dedicated high-speed, private, and secure internet connection is required.

• Must possess a Windows 10 operating system with a dual-core processor of at least 2 GHZ and a minimum of 8 GB RAM.

• Use of a noise-canceling, wired headset with an integrated microphone is necessary.
