This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components.
• Perform regular inspections, service equipment, and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Oversee and maintain HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with codes for equipment and facilities.
• Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Respond swiftly to urgent maintenance requests.
• Manage spare parts and tools efficiently.
• Cover various locations within the technician's designated market.
• No formal degree is required for this position.
• Proficient in the use of hand and power tools, with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Capability to identify problems and devise effective solutions.
• Detail-oriented for conducting inspections and executing precise repairs.
• Physically capable of performing active, hands-on maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and document activities thoroughly.
• A high school diploma or GED is necessary.
• Relevant certifications or trade experience are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Must be able to work across multiple sites within a geographic area.
• Flexibility to accommodate regular shifts, evenings, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
• Comprehensive training provided; the employer will instruct on the maintenance systems and processes relevant to the role.
