This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Repair or replace faulty components.
• Perform routine inspections, service equipment, and carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Monitor and manage HVAC, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance with codes for equipment and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and repairs.
• Respond swiftly to urgent maintenance requests.
• Oversee inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Provide coverage for multiple Whistle Express locations throughout the geographic area.
• No formal degree is necessary.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools, as well as diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Capable of identifying problems and implementing effective solutions.
• Excellent attention to detail for inspections and precise repairs.
• Physically fit to perform maintenance tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and document maintenance activities.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Relevant certifications or experience in a trade are advantageous but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel to various locations within the geographic market.
• Availability for regular shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties as necessary.
