Maintenance Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Serve retail locations in the capacity of a Facilities Maintenance Technician.

• Oversee, prioritize, and fulfill multiple service requests assigned by the Nouria Maintenance Manager.

• Carry out general repairs and maintenance tasks safely and effectively.

• Conduct minor carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing work.

• Maintain HVAC systems, air compressors, tire inflation units, commercial car vacuum cleaners, as well as interior and exterior lighting.

• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests outside of regular business hours.

• Uphold a high standard of professionalism.

• Utilize a company work truck for service-related activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction trades or facilities management.

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proficient in using email and internet dispatching applications.

• Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Trade Certification is an advantage.
