This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plan and organize preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Create execution-ready work plans that detail scope, procedures, labor, hours, parts, materials, tools, documentation, and safety requirements.
• Evaluate and prioritize work requests based on safety, asset criticality, operational impact, and resource availability.
• Maintain both short-term and long-term maintenance schedules while coordinating planned downtime.
• Oversee the maintenance backlog, identifying scheduling conflicts, resource constraints, material shortages, and execution risks.
• Monitor scheduled work until completion and adapt plans based on operational priorities and equipment needs.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Analyze telematics, equipment data, maintenance history, downtime, recurring failures, technician feedback, and maintenance trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and technical teams to define maintenance strategies, intervals, procedures, and asset criticality.
• Keep asset records, work orders, preventive maintenance schedules, maintenance history, and documentation updated in CMMS/EAM systems.
• Track and report PM compliance, adherence to schedules, backlog, downtime, recurring failures, work-order completion, MTBF, and MTTR.
• Maintain trackers, reports, dashboards, and planning documentation.
• Identify necessary parts, materials, tools, equipment, and external services; coordinate availability with inventory, logistics, and vendors.
• Assist with equipment BOMs, critical spare-parts lists, and recommended inventory levels.
• Coordinate with contractors, OEMs, service providers, and external partners.
• Integrate LOTO, PPE, permits, JHA/JSA, and site-specific safety requirements into work plans.
• Review manuals, drawings, schematics, P&IDs, BOMs, OEM documentation, and technical information.
• Communicate planned downtime, equipment availability, schedules, backlog priorities, and risks to stakeholders.
• Analyze completed work orders and technician feedback to optimize job plans, labor estimates, procedures, and material requirements.
• Identify opportunities to minimize repeat failures, maintenance delays, unnecessary downtime, and inefficient processes.
• Support scalable maintenance procedures, standards, workflows, and best practices as operations expand.
• Travel approximately 2-3 times per quarter to operational locations, customer sites, construction sites, warehouses, or other facilities.
• 5-7 years of experience in maintenance planning, coordination, reliability, asset management, field service, facilities, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field.
• Experience in planning preventive and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, industrial, automated, facilities, construction, or other technical equipment.
• Practical experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or similar work-order management platform.
• Strong grasp of maintenance planning fundamentals, including work-order planning, PM scheduling, backlog management, labor planning, and parts/material coordination.
• Ability to interpret equipment manuals, technical documentation, drawings, schematics, or similar technical information.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the capability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and data management, able to track, analyze, and report maintenance information effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work successfully in a dynamic environment where priorities, processes, and operational requirements may change.
• Preferred experience supporting robotics, automation, industrial equipment, advanced manufacturing, construction equipment, logistics/warehouse automation, data centers, or other asset-intensive environments.
• Preferred experience with CMMS/EAM platforms such as IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Fiix, eMaint, or similar systems.
• Preferred experience with construction project management, ERP, reporting, data analytics, or business intelligence platforms.
• Preferred experience with equipment commissioning, asset onboarding, or developing maintenance programs for newly deployed equipment.
• Preferred experience with spare-parts planning, BOM development, MRO inventory, procurement, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and reliability metrics is preferred.
• A technical degree, trade certification, maintenance/reliability certification, or equivalent technical training is preferred but not mandatory.
• Must be comfortable entering active industrial, construction, equipment, or technical environments while adhering to applicable site safety requirements.
