This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
β’ Organize both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for the designated aircraft fleet.
β’ Gather data and create work packages for assigned aircraft, maintenance facilities, and/or Part 145 repair stations.
β’ Oversee maintenance plans to attain a 95% yield rate for inspections and tasks.
β’ Arrange for time-sensitive parts and recurring inspections in conjunction with component planning.
β’ Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehousing, and the AOG Buyer to guarantee the availability of parts, tools, and components.
β’ Ensure timely completion of pre-planned parts and tool requisitions in compliance with SOP requirements.
β’ Engage in coordination and pre-dock meetings with Part 145 repair stations to facilitate heavy maintenance planning.
β’ Monitor compliance for EOs, EAS, and FCDs issued by Engineering.
β’ Coordinate availability of manpower and tools with M facility leads and Part 145 repair station management; modify work packages as necessary.
β’ Conduct weekly planning meetings within the area/region.
β’ Schedule MEL deferrals, including materials and tools, for base, line, or heavy maintenance work packages.
β’ Prepare weekly task lists for line and base planning.
β’ Assist mechanics and vendor Part 145 repair stations with Ramco and Air Vault data entry to finalize work.
β’ Review completed work packages, transfer deferred work, ensure package closure, and inform management of any discrepancies, delays, or issues.
β’ Organize workloads to accelerate maintenance and repairs of the assigned aircraft fleet.
β’ Travel approximately 2% of the time.
β’ No supervisory duties involved.
β’ High school diploma or GED with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
β’ 3β5 years of experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT).
β’ Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135 and Part 145.
β’ Experience in a Part 135 maintenance program.
β’ Knowledge of maintenance planning and record-keeping software.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
β’ Capable of planning work assignments, schedules, and reviewing ongoing work.
β’ Ability to collaborate with various departments to create statements of work, schedules, and procedures.
β’ Regular and punctual attendance.
β’ Preferred: Airframe and Powerplant License or equivalent military experience.
β’ Preferred: 1 year of experience in aviation maintenance operations planning.
