Maintenance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of technicians within the designated region.

• Supervise electronic timekeeping processes.

• Organize activities and facilitate access to client companies.

• Order necessary parts and track departmental performance metrics.

• Handle service tickets throughout their entire lifecycle, from initiation to resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a high school diploma and residency in Goiânia, Goiás.

• Proven experience in managing service tickets, technical teams, and maintenance routines (preferably as a Maintenance Planning and Control professional or Analyst).

• Must have an organized, communicative, and resilient demeanor.

• 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience.

• Willingness to be available for on-call shifts.

• Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
