Machining Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Install CNC machine tool systems along with all necessary accessories at customer locations.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or application-related issues.

• Coordinate solutions and propose repairs or replacements for CNC tools.

• Deliver both on-site and remote support to customers, distributors, and colleagues.

• Oversee projects and provide training as required.

• Assist with trade shows and offer service support when necessary.

• Travel 100%, including overnight stays and occasional weekend trips.

• Execute other related tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine tool maintenance/technology (both electrical and mechanical), preferably with metal cutting machinery.

• At least 5 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of machining centers, including CNC geometry checks and adjustments, with a preference for metal cutting machinery.

• Over 5 years of experience providing remote technical support in the machine tool sector preferred.

• Familiarity with PLC programming/troubleshooting, control systems, FANUC Controls, and power circuits.

• Proficient in the Microsoft suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• OSHA-10 Certification in General Industry or Construction.

• Willingness to travel 100%, including overnight and occasional weekend trips.
