📋 Description

• Develop the AI engine for Synthesia Roleplay Sessions.

• Design models that actively listen to participants during roleplay activities.

• Evaluate learner performance.

• Provide constructive feedback in real-time.

• Decide how AI avatars should react based on learner interactions.

• Create products that facilitate interactive conversation practice and enhance enterprise skill development.

• Collaborate through technical interviews and engage in production-oriented architectural problem-solving.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to utilize machine learning expertise to address real product challenges.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• At least 2 years of experience in a senior role.

• Experience working in a high-performing engineering team at scale.

• Strong grasp of machine learning concepts.

• Experience in product-focused software development.

• Pragmatic approach with a preference for action.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced iterative environment.

• Alignment with commercial objectives.

• Eligibility to work in the country of employment without the need for visa sponsorship or ongoing employer support for work authorization.
