Machine Learning Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Develop, construct, and implement machine learning models, including generative AI models, to tackle intricate business challenges.

• Prepare, cleanse, and analyze both structured and unstructured data for machine learning pipelines.

• Adjust and enhance models for precision, efficiency, and scalability within production settings.

• Collaborate with MLOps Engineers to facilitate the deployment, monitoring, and upkeep of machine learning models.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI technologies, applying them as needed.

• Disseminate knowledge, engage in code reviews, and contribute to team initiatives.

• Partner closely with Machine Learning Engineers, MLOps Engineers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Practical experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and spaCy.

• Proficient in Python and knowledgeable about machine learning development workflows.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative environment.

• Preferred: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Preferred: Practical experience in building and deploying machine learning models for real-time inference.

• Experience with generative AI is an advantage.
