📋 Description

• Take ownership of predictive customer scores integrated with the product, encompassing churn, propensity, lifetime value, spend intent, and response scoring.

• Utilize machine learning and tabular predictive modeling techniques on customer data.

• Develop and oversee production models that facilitate customer prediction and scoring.

• Manage the entire model lifecycle, which includes training, deployment, retraining, monitoring, evaluation, and calibration.

• Operate models within a self-managed data platform environment.

• Assist in predictive use cases that focus on production models.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in applied machine learning with models actively running in production, as opposed to research or proof of concept.

• Proficient in tabular predictive modeling on customer data.

• Proven experience in building churn or propensity models in sectors such as telecommunications, banking, or retail.

• Familiarity with training, deployment, and retraining pipelines in a self-managed environment.

• Knowledge of MLOps practices including model registry, versioning, retraining, monitoring, and drift detection.

• Comfortable working within a data platform rather than solely in a notebook environment.

• Experience with uplift or causal modeling for incremental targeting.

• Expertise in feature store design.

• Experience collaborating with commercial stakeholders to understand the application of predictions.
