Machine Learning Engineer – ASR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance ASR models to accurately interpret client speech.

• Work alongside product managers and engineers to seamlessly integrate ASR technology into user-friendly experiences.

• Collaborate with data teams to develop effective audio data pipelines from preprocessing to model training.

• Regularly update and improve ASR models tailored for various domains and dialects.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in ASR and implement innovative techniques and tools for voice-assisted banking.

• Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models to meet stringent standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in speech recognition or a closely related discipline.

• Expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch.

• Solid comprehension of cutting-edge automatic speech recognition techniques and models.

• Experience with streaming ASR models, such as Conformer.

• Strong knowledge of techniques that enhance recognition, including beam search and language modeling.

• Familiarity with ASR evaluation methodologies.

• Understanding of signal processing, statistical modeling, and language structure.

• Experience in MLOps, including MLFlow or similar experiment tracking systems (preferred).

• Knowledge of low-latency audio streaming and optimization methods for deploying efficient real-time processing systems (preferred).

• Practical experience with Triton Inference Server and TensorRT for deploying production models (preferred).

• Skilled in building ML backends and deploying APIs (preferred).
