M&A Deal Sourcing & AI Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on potential businesses, target companies, and acquisition opportunities.

• Identify, qualify, and organize prospective leads and business opportunities.

• Provide support for lead generation, prospect research, and outreach initiatives.

• Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to enhance research processes, improve workflows, and boost efficiency.

• Recognize opportunities for automating repetitive tasks and implement effective workflow enhancements.

• Organize and maintain precise research records, lead databases, and deal sourcing information.

• Offer executive and administrative assistance, which includes calendar management, meeting coordination, email correspondence, and follow-ups.

• Aid in the preparation of meeting agendas, research briefs, reports, presentations, and other business documentation.

• Monitor action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure that tasks and priorities are adhered to.

• Coordinate information, manage documentation, and support daily business operations as required.

• Handle confidential business information with discretion while maintaining organized records and files.

• Proficiency in using AI tools and automation platforms to streamline tasks and enhance workflows.

• Strong capabilities in research, prospect identification, and lead generation.

• Comfortable performing online research, analyzing information, and accurately organizing data.

• Proactive, curious, and resourceful, with a problem-solving attitude and a keen interest in exploring new tools and technologies.

• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to evolving business needs.

• Experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), deal sourcing, or business research is a plus but not mandatory.
