M365 Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Provide dynamic training on Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI, and Power Platform both virtually and in-person.

• Execute comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of participants.

• Instruct users on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Agent Builder, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Loop, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

• Illustrate how Microsoft 365 and Power Platform facilitate communication, collaboration, automation, and productivity.

• Modify training approaches and delivery techniques to suit various audiences and organizational demands.

• Develop and update training resources, presentations, guides, workshops, and educational pathways.

• Construct scalable, catalog-ready content for various client projects.

• Partner with consultants, change managers, and client stakeholders to customize learning experiences.

• Integrate governance, security, compliance, and Responsible AI principles into training programs.

• Ensure training materials remain up-to-date with advancements in Microsoft AI, Copilot, and Power Platform.

• Showcase practical use cases and business scenarios to enhance user adoption.

• Offer post-training assistance and address user inquiries and adoption obstacles.

• Collect feedback and learning insights to refine training experiences.

• Identify skill gaps and propose learning pathways.

• Assist in the adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform within change programs.

• Advocate for governance, data security, and Responsible AI best practices.

• Ensure users feel confident and supported throughout their adoption journeys.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering Microsoft 365, Copilot, or Power Platform training in a client-facing role.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

• Experience in developing engaging training materials and content.

• Exceptional presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Capability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong stakeholder management and consulting abilities.

• Experience in supporting user adoption and organizational change initiatives.

• Ability to assess training requirements and create focused learning plans that address skill gaps and business goals.

• Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio is desirable.

• Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, Copilot, and/or Power Platform are advantageous.

• Experience in a Microsoft Partner or consultancy setting is a plus.

• Understanding of governance, compliance, data security, and Responsible AI principles is desirable.

• Experience in designing scalable learning programs and adoption strategies is a plus.
