Luxury Travel Designer – Travel Concierge

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming travel inquiries and collect client preferences.

• Arrange flights, accommodations, cruises, and packages for high-end clients.

• Enter bookings into itinerary, commission-tracking, and CRM systems.

• Verify all details of trips as the travel date nears.

• Be available during ongoing trips to address any issues immediately.

• Assist in designing workflows, linking CRMs, and identifying API automations to enhance efficiency.

• Engage with luxury clients and deliver top-tier executive service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of travel experience in booking and managing itineraries, encompassing bookings, payments, deposits, and supplier relations.

• Exceptional customer service skills and executive-level communication proficiency.

• Comfortable interacting with C-suite executives and high-net-worth individuals.

• Must have English as a first language with impeccable fluency.

• At least 5 years of experience in travel as a concierge, familiar with concierge and booking systems.

• Experience with Safari Portal and Tern is essential.

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

• Based in South Africa is a desirable trait.

• Advanced user experience with travel concierge systems like Safari Portal, Tern, Travify, or Fora is advantageous.

• Self-motivated, critical thinker, and proactive in communication.

• High emotional intelligence with the capability to manage service recovery effectively.

• Available to start at 6am ET.

• Part-time commitment of 20 hours per week.

• Must be able to create an English-language Coconut VA profile/resume.

• Required to submit a 1-minute introduction video.
