LQA Game Tester, Estonian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Participate as the primary reviewer in the Localization Quality Assurance team for the complete localized game.

• Evaluate translated text, visuals, and user interface components.

• Collaborate with a diverse, multilingual project team.

• Detect and rectify spelling, grammar, punctuation, and other language-related errors.

• Ensure compliance with console manufacturer standards.

• Document errors and issues while providing suggestions for enhancements.

• Guarantee precise contextual translations and consistency in terminology and imagery.

• Spot any missing or incorrect content.

• Confirm the correct display and formatting of dates, calendars, and characters.

• Compile reports on errors and bugs, along with performing ad hoc translations.

• Supervise quality of work and contribute to the overall success of the project.

• Conduct language checks on unreleased games across PC, Xbox One, PS5, Wii, PS Vita, DS, Switch, VR, mobile, and tablet platforms.

• No prior experience is necessary.

• Proficiency in Estonian and English.

• Strong cultural awareness of Estonian.

• Computer literacy, especially with Excel.

• Strong Internet research capabilities.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Previous experience with various software, applications, and websites.

• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively within project teams.

• Candidates must reside within Europe.
