Loyalty Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and configure bonus offers, ensuring precise setup and adherence to promotional rules.

• Conduct testing of offers prior to launch to confirm eligibility, rewards, player communication, and overall functionality.

• Detect and resolve offer-related issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.

• Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams to synchronize audiences, messaging, terms, timing, and offer specifications prior to launch.

• Oversee active promotions and assist in troubleshooting issues to reduce player impact.

• Facilitate enhancements to offer setup, testing, and monitoring through automation, AI tools, and process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in loyalty operations, promotions, quality assurance, or a related field.

• Background in working with promotional offers or rules-based systems, with a keen ability to follow requirements accurately.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and ensure precision.

• Experience utilizing data, reports, and operational tools to track performance.

• Familiarity with SQL, Sigma, or Tableau is advantageous.

• Strong communication and organizational skills, capable of collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities.

• Enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools and technology to enhance processes and operational efficiency.

• May need to acquire a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
