Longevity Nurse Practitioner – Telehealth, Multi-state Licensed, CA Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Prescribe and oversee targeted therapies, such as hormones, peptides, and various longevity-oriented interventions.

• Utilize a root-cause, systems-oriented methodology to enhance long-term health outcomes.

• Analyze diagnostics and laboratory results to inform therapy decisions.

• Accurately and compliantly document patient interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid NP license in California (mandatory); additional multi-state licensure is highly desirable (FL, NY, TX, etc).

• Background in functional medicine, longevity medicine, integrative care, endocrinology, or metabolic health.

• Familiarity with prescribing optimization-focused therapies, including non-FDA approved medications or those used off-label.

• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance, and state-specific NP practice regulations.

• Exceptional communication skills with a patient-centered focus.

• Telehealth experience and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, technology-driven startup environment are preferred.
