Logistics Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide support for the medical device fulfillment associated with Carda Health's remote cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation device program.

• Oversee inventory levels for cardiac and pulmonary rehab devices, ensuring sufficient stock throughout all initiatives.

• Act as the primary contact for patients dealing with lost items, damaged goods, delivery delays, or billing concerns related to device shipments and returns.

• Investigate and resolve shipping and delivery challenges in collaboration with carrier partners.

• Address fulfillment challenges, including delivery mistakes, packaging quality issues, and inventory variances.

• Serve as the escalation contact for warehouse operations.

• Keep precise records regarding inventory and lost or damaged devices.

• Work collaboratively with Member Experience, Warehouse Operations, and other Carda teams to quickly resolve patient concerns.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, inventory oversight, or warehouse operations.

• Proficient in utilizing inventory or warehouse management systems and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to handle multiple ongoing issues at once.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including direct interaction with patients.

• Experience working with shipping carriers and addressing delivery or billing disputes.

• Ability to operate independently in a dynamic, remote work setting.

• Previous experience in healthcare or medical device logistics is a plus.
