Logistics Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Oversee logistics operations that encompass outbound shipments and warehousing.

• Collaborate with customer service teams and logistics partners to ensure exceptional customer service.

• Coordinate the physical movement of products from distribution centers to customers, including stock management.

• Assist in meeting customer delivery lead-time commitments.

• Engage in the implementation of logistics performance metrics such as OTIF and lead times.

• Work alongside freight forwarders, carriers, warehouses, and other logistics service providers to enhance customer service.

• Provide support for customs and Incoterms management as necessary.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Diploma in logistics with experience in imports and distribution.

• 3–5+ years of experience in logistics and warehousing.

• Haz Mat certifications required: DOT, IMDG, and IATA.

• Experience with ISO 22.000 and GDP is preferred.

• Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser (DGSA) certification is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in MS Excel.

• Familiarity with customer service software.

• Expertise in technology tools such as SAP, SAGE, SQL, Access, Tableau, or TMS tools.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to work from a home office equipped with adequate space and tools.

• Ability to meet the specified physical demands, including occasional lifting or moving of up to 10 pounds.
