Logistics Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal departments.

• Monitor shipments and follow up on pickups and deliveries.

• Update shipment statuses and maintain tracking sheets using Microsoft Excel.

• Liaise with transport partners regarding pending or delayed shipments.

• Work with warehouse and production teams to ensure goods are prepared for dispatch.

• Keep shipping records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other pertinent documents organized.

• Track the movement of goods and report any discrepancies.

• Communicate shipment updates to stakeholders.

• Generate daily and weekly logistics reports.

• Maintain well-organized shipment and logistics documentation.

• Assist with import/export documentation as needed.

• Report delays, damages, or operational issues to the reporting manager.

• Learn and adhere to the company’s logistics processes and documentation standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and tracking reports.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of composing professional emails.

• Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to coordinate with multiple individuals and teams.

• Eagerness to learn about logistics and supply chain processes.

• Demonstrated ownership of assigned tasks until completion.

• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

• Proficient in creating and updating Excel sheets, sorting and filtering data, using basic formulas, maintaining trackers, preparing simple reports, and managing extensive data sets.

• Knowledge of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, or other advanced Excel functions is required.
