Logistics and Operations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal departments.

• Monitor shipments and ensure timely follow-ups on pickups and deliveries.

• Update shipment statuses and maintain tracking logs in Microsoft Excel.

• Liaise with transport partners regarding outstanding or delayed shipments.

• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to confirm that goods are prepared for dispatch.

• Keep shipping records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other necessary documents organized.

• Track the movement of goods and report any discrepancies encountered.

• Communicate with stakeholders about updates related to shipments.

• Generate daily and weekly logistics reports.

• Maintain systematic shipment and logistics documentation.

• Assist with import/export documentation as necessary.

• Report delays, damages, and other operational challenges to the reporting manager.

• Learn and adhere to company logistics processes and documentation requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is not necessary.

• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are required.

• Comfortable using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data analysis, and various other Excel functions.

• Comfortable managing spreadsheets, data, and tracking reports.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capable of composing professional emails.

• Organized and skilled in follow-up tasks.

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to coordinate with various individuals and teams.

• Eagerness to learn about logistics and supply chain processes.

• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through to completion.

• Available to start immediately or on short notice.

• Proficiency in English is required; assessed at Basic, Intermediate, or Professional levels.
