Logistics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the daily management of both inbound and outbound freight operations in international ocean and domestic transportation.

• Oversee the transportation process from the supplier to warehouse delivery, which includes freight bookings, shipment tracking, documentation, and scheduling of pickups and deliveries.

• Collaborate with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partners.

• Manage the inbound execution process with the 3PL, focusing on delivery scheduling, receiving priorities, new SKU launches, and inventory-related exceptions.

• Track shipment milestones, identify any delays or risks, and provide updates to internal stakeholders.

• Maintain transportation dashboards and generate weekly and monthly reports on freight expenses, service performance, transit times, and operational KPIs.

• Evaluate freight costs, carrier performance, network trends, and operational data to pinpoint cost-saving opportunities, process enhancements, and service improvements.

• Review freight invoices, shipping documentation, and customs records for accuracy and compliance.

• Assist in carrier management, including conducting quarterly business reviews, creating performance scorecards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

• Work in partnership with Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Experience, Product, and Retail teams on product launches, inventory planning, and operational projects.

• Report directly to the Associate Director of Operations & Logistics.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or operations.

• Proven experience in coordinating domestic and/or international freight transportation.

• Strong analytical abilities with advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis).

• Familiarity with transportation, ERP, WMS, or supply chain systems.

• Excellent organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.

• Skilled at managing multiple priorities at once.

• Experience with large datasets and logistics partners.
