Logistic Operator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee international logistics and the complete supply chain process.

• Liaise with truckers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents while negotiating optimal charges based on the desired service level.

• Monitor global shipments to ensure timely deliveries.

• Ensure adherence to U.S. import/export regulations and manage necessary documentation.

• Keep precise records of shipping and logistics activities.

• Collaborate with sales, procurement, and warehouse teams as needed.

• Identify opportunities to enhance shipping efficiency and minimize costs.

• Address delivery delays or logistics challenges in real time.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, freight coordination, or international shipping.

• Demonstrated experience in managing international shipments and working with global logistics partners.

• Background in collaborating with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and transportation providers.

• Familiarity with U.S. import/export processes and related documentation requirements.

• Strong understanding of international shipping procedures, Incoterms, and various transportation modes (air, ocean, and ground).

• Knowledge of U.S. customs regulations, trade compliance, and documentation practices.

• Experience with logistics software, ERP systems, or shipment tracking applications.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Capability to analyze shipping data and identify opportunities for cost savings.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• High attention to detail with a focus on documentation accuracy.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple shipments concurrently.
