This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete sample lifecycle, which encompasses receiving, processing, sorting, storing, and distributing testing samples to designated laboratories.

• Manage and categorize incoming samples efficiently.

• Maintain and update sample data within the eLims system.

• Inspect and transfer samples to the relevant testing teams.

• Arrange, store, and safeguard samples in accordance with company policies and client specifications.

• Coordinate with Customer Service regarding the status of samples, Test Request Forms, sample receipt, and client inquiries or complaints.

• Adhere to company regulations concerning document and sample management.

• Follow safety protocols, 5S practices, and sample preservation guidelines.

• Execute additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

• Recent graduate or possess 6 months of experience in a testing/laboratory setting, which is advantageous.

• Hold a degree from a College or University.

• Basic proficiency; able to read and comprehend English documents.

• Quick learner with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility for sample management.

• Demonstrated ability in logical sample organization and scientific storage techniques.

• Skilled in using Excel or tracking logs for effective sample management.

• Capable of working independently and under pressure; enthusiastic and dependable.
