Locums Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Distribute weekly onboarding status updates to recruiters to verify ESD timelines and credentialing progress.

• Ensure that sponsorship documentation is accurately completed and obtained before provider start dates.

• Collaborate with Scheduling to confirm that necessary system setups are finalized before a provider’s first day.

• Provide welcome communications to providers, including instructions for system access and troubleshooting contacts.

• Serve as a liaison among Recruiting, Credentialing, Scheduling, and Finance teams to facilitate smooth provider transitions.

• Use QGenda and iPro Analytics to validate locations, shifts, and hours billed within Ringo.

• Uphold QGenda compliance standards for precise time capture and reporting.

• Cross-check provider contracts against invoices for GTE, overtime rates, and regulatory compliance.

• Process requests to enter, adjust, and reconcile QGenda time punches.

• Identify and address billing or contract discrepancies with internal teams and agency partners.

• Assist with payroll processing by accurately reviewing and submitting assigned payroll information in a timely manner.

• Manage locum providers from onboarding through timekeeping, billing, and payroll.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare operations, workforce management, staffing operations, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to audit data for accuracy and compliance.

• Experience with scheduling or workforce management systems; familiarity with QGenda is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.

• Outstanding cross-functional communication and organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven setting.
