This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Receive and stock both weekly and emergency replenishment shipments.
• Inspect replenishment shipments to verify that the correct quantities and products have been delivered to the site.
• Conduct inventory cycle counts weekly or quarterly to ensure accurate levels in vendor-managed inventory software.
• Keep vendor-managed inventory areas clean, safe, organized, and properly labeled.
• Address customer issues on-site promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals and resolve on-site challenges.
• Engage with customers in person to understand their on-site requirements and relay those needs to the sales team.
• Maintain regular communication with the sales team and customers as necessary.
• Achieve established individual and team metrics along with company standards.
• Carry out administrative tasks on non-scheduled stock days, up to 2 hours per week.
• Hold indirect responsibility for ensuring product quality.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• A reliable mode of transportation is essential.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations within the designated area is required.
• Successful completion of a background check and drug screening is necessary.
• Must be an effective communicator, comfortable interacting with customers and the sales team in a professional manner, whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
• Proficiency in computer use is required, including familiarity with essential software programs such as Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook.
• Ability to safely and effectively perform essential job functions in compliance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity benchmarks.
• Capability to maintain regular and punctual attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship.
• Experience in inventory management is preferred.
• Experience in stockroom operations is preferred.
