Localization Quoting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the scope of each project and generate project estimates.

• Liaise with the Project Management team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests.

• Assist in project completion by developing and utilizing language tools and pilot processes.

• Create estimates and calculate client turnaround times.

• Follow up on estimates to achieve the desired acceptance rate.

• Track client satisfaction and monitor changes in service utilization.

• Provide insights on client satisfaction and service delivery.

• Identify new sales opportunities, secure additional business, and maintain current accounts.

• Collaborate with Business Developers to discuss and strategize sales approaches for existing clients.

• Counsel clients on project management, product specifications, and associated costs.

• Execute sales initiatives to enhance workflows and boost profit margins.

• Achieve KPIs for quoted revenue, accepted revenue, and pricing per project.

• Communicate project details clearly, concisely, and in a professional manner.

• Relay specific client requests to Project Managers.

• Accurately register client and Welocalize legal entities, purchase orders, and billing schedules when setting up projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Required: Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or a university degree.

• 2-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles related to localization, translation, or project management.

• Required: Proficient in English.

• Required: Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Preferred: Familiarity with additional languages.

• Preferred: Knowledge of MEMOQ, SDL, and FineReader.
