Localization Quoting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Evaluate the scope of each project and generate project quotes.

• Create quotes and determine turnaround times for clients.

• Follow up on quotes to meet the target acceptance rate.

• Track client satisfaction and monitor changes in service usage.

• Provide insights on client satisfaction and service delivery.

• Identify new sales opportunities, secure additional business, and maintain current accounts.

• Collaborate with Business Developers to strategize sales approaches for existing clients.

• Guide clients in project management, focusing on product specifications and budget considerations.

• Minimize administrative tasks by executing sales initiatives to enhance workflows and boost margins.

• Achieve KPIs related to the volume of quotes, acceptance rates, and pricing per project.

• Clearly and professionally communicate project details.

• Effectively relay client requests to Project Managers.

• Accurately register client and Welocalize legal entities, purchase orders, and billing schedules in the system.

• Assist in project completion utilizing language tools and pilot processes.

• Proficient in English.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident in engaging with clients at all levels via phone or video calls.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Middle or higher-level vocational training in administration or a university degree.

• 2–4 years of experience in customer-facing roles related to localization, translation, or project management.

• Familiarity with additional languages is a plus.

• Knowledge of XTM and/or Phrase, and FineReader is an advantage.
