Localization Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee communication between Suvoda’s internal eCOA teams and instrument developers concerning questionnaires.

• Facilitate communication between Suvoda’s internal Technical Solutions and Design teams and third-party translation vendors related to development needs and client translation specifications.

• Investigate translation and eCOA requirements, including layout, formatting, and visual presentation on devices.

• Relay and execute all translation and eCOA requirements and timelines to the appropriate internal eCOA teams.

• Provide the translation vendor with English .json files and screen reports for translation purposes.

• Obtain translated .json files from the translation vendor and deliver them to the Technical Solutions team for implementation.

• Generate screen report documents for each questionnaire by copying and pasting individual screenshots of each question.

• Conduct a basic proofreading of screen report documents to confirm that the necessary screen content is included and sequenced correctly.

• Coordinate revisions to screen report documents and .json files between the Technical Solutions team and the translation vendor.

• Collaborate with Lead Project Managers regarding translation timelines for client updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong background in localization.

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• Keen interest in language, research, and a desire to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical sector.

• Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
