Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and finalize prospective borrowers for bridge loans

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers

• Gather necessary documentation and financial details from potential borrowers

• Report on business development and sales activities

• Meet with both new and existing prospects

• Create and implement business plans, accompanied by comprehensive market and competitor analysis

• Source, assess, nurture, and finalize relationships for various bridge loan programs

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans

• A minimum self-sourced pipeline of $3 million per month

• An established book of business

• Proficient in Excel, Word, and basic computer skills

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

• High level of motivation and a proactive attitude

• A collaborative approach to achieving tasks

• Team-oriented mindset

• Strong critical thinking skills regarding the risk and quality of originated assets

• Capacity to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting while meeting deadlines

• Ability to work autonomously and be self-driven with measurable outcomes

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams

• Must have authorization to work in the US
