Loan Originator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and finalize agreements with potential bridge loan borrowers.

• Build and sustain robust business relationships with borrowers.

• Gather all necessary documentation and financial data from potential borrowers.

• Track and report on business development and sales activities.

• Conduct meetings with both new and existing prospects.

• Assist in creating and implementing business plans, supported by comprehensive market and competitor analysis.

• Source, evaluate, nurture, and secure relationships for various Bridge Loan programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in originating bridge loans.

• A minimum monthly self-sourced pipeline of $3 million.

• An established portfolio of business contacts.

• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and basic computer applications.

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A strong drive and proactive attitude to identify issues, propose solutions, build relationships, and navigate institutional decision-making.

• A collaborative mindset towards achieving objectives.

• A team-oriented approach.

• A critical understanding of risk and asset quality in the originating process.

• Capacity to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting set deadlines.

• Ability to work independently and demonstrate self-motivation with measurable outcomes.

• Competence in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn & LinkedIn Navigator, and Teams.

• Must have authorization to work in the US.
