Loan Modification Solutions Title Analyst – Default Services, Loss Mitigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify issues related to titles on real estate title products.

• Detect and report items that may impact title during or after the Loan Modification process within a real estate transaction.

• Develop and provide a grading sheet that outlines title issues found in the graded title report.

• Review recorded documents to ensure their accuracy.

• Respond to inquiries from the servicer and internal staff.

• Maintain effective communication with both management and the servicer.

• Attend and actively engage in team meetings.

• Carry out other assigned responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Familiarity with real estate title concepts.

• Demonstrated customer service abilities.

• Basic proficiency in computer skills.

• Competence in Microsoft software products.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to achieve daily production targets with a high degree of accuracy.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Capacity to meet stringent deadlines.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Quick adaptability to learn new skills, processes, and procedures.

• Must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
