This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Examine and analyze executed essential loan documents that encompass terms and conditions for effective loan management.
• Manage related payments, disbursements, critical dates, and payoff criteria.
• Precisely enter or board new, renewed, and modified Consumer, Commercial, and Mortgage loans and lines of credit into the core servicing system.
• Verify that necessary documents are supplied and comply with bank policies along with federal and state regulations.
• Review and record loans within defined production timelines while striving to meet or exceed departmental goals and SLAs.
• Respond swiftly to inquiries from customers, Lenders/LOAs, and other bank staff members.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships throughout the organization.
• Complete compliance training and adhere to anti-money laundering, regulatory, and operational procedures.
• Assist Loan Operations areas, special projects, and initiatives as required.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.
• High School diploma is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations role is necessary.
• Understanding of loan servicing functions, including consumer, commercial, and mortgage loans.
• Familiarity with Federal and State regulatory items.
• Experience with Fiserv systems software is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Capability to manage confidential customer and employee information.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to maintain precise records and focus on details.
• Adaptability to a changing environment and ability to meet deadlines.
• Capacity to deliver quality customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Flexibility in work schedule during peak production periods.
